Professor Mikko Trott

Mikko is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Rolker & Royler Gracie of Gracie Humaita in Brazil. Bermudian-born, Mikko previously worked in the Reinsurance industry as an underwriter for 10 years. He then moved to Brazil to study Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 2010 and attended Gracie-Humaita Rio de Janeiro because “I always dreamed of earning my black belt from the source of brazilian jiu-jitsu”. After 10 years and earning his Black Belt in Brazil, Mikko has now returned to Bermuda to share with the community.
